Company Brief Introduction

We are an ISO 9001-2008 approved Taiwan based company group consisting of two companies specializing in different categories of spare parts for aftermarket automotive industry.

Registered in February 1999 in Taiwan as a trading house dealing with body parts, mirrors, window regula tors, cooling fans… mainly for European market.

Passed Thatcham(UK) / TUV Rheinland(Taiwan) TQAPM quality control system in the year 2015 and started developing plastic bumpers for European market.

No. 8 bumpers certified by Thatcham(UK) / TUV Rheinland(Taiwan) BS10125:2014 standard in April 2017 and started supplying to UK insurance companies.

General Warranty Policy:

We provide 14 months warranty on our products from the date of shipment under the following terms and conditions.

  1. Customers are required to check and count the parts delivered. In case of incorrectness/damage/shortage, customers must raise claim to us within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods. We will not accept claims for incorrectness of parts or shortage after 10 days from the date of receipt of goods.
  2. Claims must be recorded with a reference number and date, clearly specified the causes, and evidencing with photos.
  3. In case of incorrectness/damage/shortage , the parts related will be replaced in next shipment.
  4. In case of faulty of parts during warranty period, credit note will be sent to customers once claim is verified and confirmed by us, and the value of credit note will be deducted from next payment.
  5. We are not responsible for any costs or liability occurred in customers’ area due to faulty of parts.
  6. Claimed parts remain our property. Customers are liable for the claimed parts as long as they are remained in customers’ warehouse.
  7. Disposal of claimed parts must be approved by us in writing; otherwise we will not honor the credit note related.
  8. Conclusion must be achieved within 14 days for all claims from the date of claim raised; otherwise we will not take any responsibility for the claim.
